Awesome place! The workouts are just plain fun, I've never been stronger. The coaches are great and workouts are modified to your fitness level/needs. You know you can do this, the only thing stopping you is you.

I have loved my experience at OLAF. The coaches are knowledgeable and helpful. They do a great job of catering to your needs and have your overall health and well being in mind while training you. I would recommend this to beginners or someone who has experience. The coaches are good at teaching the basic or can take you to the next level of your fitness. It all depends on what you need. Great coaches, great facility, great community.
