Super GREAT service! These guys are the best. Bought a KHS mountain bike for my son. The price was reasonable but there service was exceptional. The one young guy who services the bikes is AWESOME! Every time I bring it in after my son breaks something, they fix it without questions. I always feel bad so I feel obligated to give him a tip. You can tell its a small business and they care about their customers. 5 stars all the way!

Good friendly service. Brought my bike in for 1st check-up after one year. It had a couple noises pedaling, but when I picked it up and tested it was better than new - very smooth. One thing that was weird - was I got a new chain and was charged something like $53. The owner just rang it up from memory and the price threw me off and I questioned it. So, he went back to the shop area, came back, recalculated on the register, and came back with a new price of $32 - big difference. I left wondering what if I didn't question him so? Is this an isolated incident or is this something that he does a lot? I don't think a lot of people would have questioned it. I hope... and am thinking... it was just an oops.
